Pioneer Day Celebration

We celebrated Pioneer day a little early this year. Last year our senior missionary couple was in a car accident that caused Elder Garrett to be in the ICU for a month and then he was transferred to a nursing home in his home state to finish rehabilitating. He was finally well enough to come back to The Dalles and say a "proper goodbye" as he called it :) It was wonderful to hear them speak in sacrament about how grateful they are for this gospel. It would be so easy for them to be angry, but they are not. What wonderful people :) The Rizzuto's came to visit and I had Sammy and Zabrina with me so we all had a Ton of fun!

The Fourth Of July

Happy Fourth!

Adam has been bugging me that I have not updated the blog lately. I really do need to be batter at this! We spent the 4th with some great families from the ward here in The Dalles, Oregon. We are usually always with family on the 4th so it made it extra hard to be away. Thank goodness for ward families :)
